22nd May 2007 Sale: 4764 Important Stamps, Covers and Collections of the World



Over £1,400,000 spent on stamps in less than two hours.

In a little less than two hours, Harmers of London’s Auctioneer, Gio Orlandini, sold over 175 fine lots of rare stamps, covers and collections realising nearly £1.5 million. There were many buyers from overseas and a surprising number of telephone and internet bidders.
